Karan Johar is all set to make the viewers relive the magic of “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai”. Student of The Year movie is an upcoming comedy film and Karan Johar can already foresee the movie as a hit. The main star cast of the movie includes young and fresh faces. The main lead has the son of David Dhawan, Varun Dhawan, starring opposite Alia Bhatt, the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt and a newcomer Siddhartha Malhotra. The movie is directed and produced by Karan Johar and co-produced by Shahrukh Khan under the banner of Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment.
This time Karan is doing what he does the best, he is back with a movie full of romance, dance and great music. The full cast of the movie includes Varun Dhawan, Siddhartha Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Rishi Kapoor, Ronit Roy and Kittu Gidwani. Kajol and Shahrukh will be seen giving a special performance in the movie. Siddhartha and Varun have already assisted Karan as directors during the making of “My Name is Khan” This movie will be karan’s first directorial venture without Shahrukh Khan. If rumours are to be believed, the buzz is that Rishi Kapoor will be seen playing a gay role in the movie.
With so many interesting things to offer Student of The Year Movie ratings will obviously be high. It is also said that initially Shahrukh Khan was going to act in the movie but eventually the idea was dropped and Shahrukh Khan agreed to be a part of the production team for his friend.
